New Orleans Sports and Entertainment CEO Kevin Byrne says the team will start negotiations with NBC for a TV deal in the next few months.
Byrne says they have a deal in place to have a 20-year deal with a 30-year contract for the first 10 years.
We spoke to Byrne about the possibility of an NFL deal with New Orleans, but he says it’s too early to talk about that right now.

Byrne also said the team has no interest in selling its stadium rights, but it could consider the possibility.
If a deal with NBC were to be reached, New Orleans would retain its team logo, but the team would be forced to switch to an alternate logo.

The team is expected to have another new stadium in place in 2019.
